The Crown Valley Group Inc. is a real estate investment company that specializes in selling wholesale properties to investors and landlords throughout metro Atlanta. The Crown Valley Group started in 1997, and has grown to be Atlanta's premier source for investment properties. We offer our customers a variety of wholesale properties, competitively priced for their investment needs.

The Crown Valley Group also provides owner financing on our properties. We are a finance company for investors, not just our own properties. We provide the customer with financing for both the purchase price and the rehab of the properties. We are a group of professionals who work very closely with our clients in order to insure that their investment experience provides them with strong financial returns as well as the satisfaction of "completing a job well done."
